We announced the very first Gott show in early 2022 – the live premiere of this who’s who of the Dutch underground was due to take place at Roadburn that year. However, fate had other plans and Gott instead went into a prolonged hibernation. They have begun to emerge, stronger and more urgent than before – with Roadburn still firmly in their sights. So, it is with anticipation and a little dash of deja vu that we are honoured to once again announce that the live debut of Gott will take place at the upcoming edition of Roadburn.

Gott told us: “The journey to this moment has been long and relentless, but the fire of our vision has only burned brighter with time. After years of intense work and unforeseen challenges, we are proud to finally bring Gott to the stage at Roadburn, a festival that embodies everything we stand for. Our debut will be a testament to resilience, passion, and the unyielding power of music.”

With the unmistakable vocals of Farida Lemouchi at the helm, and featuring members of Soulburn, Severe Torture, Ggu:ll, and Radar Men From The Moon, Gott have many component pieces that may seem familiar to long time Roadburners. Their fiery brand of heavy rock will take us on an intimate journey through existentialism and deep introspection.
