March 10, 2020

We are aware that there are a lot of people feeling unsure about travel plans for the upcoming weeks, including those who will be traveling to Tilburg for Roadburn. The most recent information from the authorities in Brabant – which includes Tilburg – is that events of over 1000 people will be cancelled only until March 16.

This does NOT have an impact on our plans for Roadburn Festival 2020. As of the time of writing, ROADBURN WILL GO AHEAD AS PLANNED. Our incredible production team is hard at work advancing the details of over 100 performances; no bands have indicated that they cannot or will not attend and we are continuing as always. We will follow any and all advice given to use by local and national government agencies, and the moment that their guidelines will have an impact on Roadburn, we will let you know.

Whilst we will do our best to answer questions, please bear with us – as ever – we are extremely busy in the final weeks before the festival. We can’t necessarily answer questions relating to hypothetical situations without external guidance.

Our thoughts are with all those who are unwell, have lost loved ones, or otherwise find themselves affected by the current situation.

Walter, Becky & everyone at Roadburn/013.
