Pizzabar Rijslust

Pizzabar Rijslust is een plek waar muziekpubliek, buurtgenoten en voorbijgangers aanschuiven voor pizza, pasta, salades en antipasti. Aan de Willem II-straat draait het om ambachtelijke pizza’s uit de steenoven: knapperig, zorgvuldig opgebouwd en met aandacht voor smaak, eenvoud en detail. Naast klassieke Italiaanse combinaties vind je op de kaart ook eigenzinnige creaties die net iets verder afwijken van het vertrouwde.

Tijdens OFFROAD serveert Rijslust bovendien een speciale festivalspecial: Curry UP!, een vegan pizza met currykokossaus, boontjes, bloemkool, kikkererwten, granaatappel, pappadum en koriander. Een pizza die net als het programma zelf verschillende invloeden samenbrengt tot iets uitgesproken eigens.

Located on Willem II-straat, it centres on artisanal stone-oven pizzas: crisp, carefully built and made with attention to flavour, simplicity and detail. Alongside classic Italian combinations, the menu also includes house creations that move slightly off the expected path.

During OFFROAD, Rijslust is also serving a festival special: Curry UP!, a vegan pizza topped with curry coconut sauce, green beans, cauliflower, chickpeas, pomegranate, pappadum and coriander. A pizza that, much like the programme itself, brings different influences together into something distinctly its own.
