Silk Road

Bij Silk Road komen smaken uit Afghanistan, Oezbekistan, India, Iran, Syrië en Irak samen in een keuken die draait om ontmoeting, gelaagdheid en gedeeld eten. Van kabab en plov tot streetfood en hummusgerechten: hier wordt de oude Zijderoute niet historisch uitgelegd, maar proefbaar gemaakt. Alles wordt vers bereid, waar mogelijk biologisch, met aandacht voor allergieën en volop vegetarische en vegan opties. 

  Tijdens OFFROAD kun je bij Silk Road zelf van de kaart kiezen, aanschuiven voor het chef’s menu van €39,50 p.p. — of €37,50 p.p. voor de vegetarische/vegan variant — of gaan voor het speciale OFFROAD Silk Road-menu met 11 gerechten voor €27,95 p.p. op basis van 2 personen. De vegetarische/vegan versie daarvan kost €24,95 p.p. 

Ook is er de OFFROAD-tafel: een communitytafel waar smaken, culturen en mensen samenkomen.

Everything is prepared fresh, wherever possible organic, with attention to allergies and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. 

During OFFROAD, visitors can order freely from the menu, choose the chef’s menu for €39.50 p.p. — or €37.50 p.p. for the vegetarian/vegan version — or opt for the special OFFROAD Silk Road menu: 11 dishes for €27.95 p.p., based on 2 people. The vegetarian/vegan version is available for €24.95 p.p.
