Rosalie

Rosalie is gelegen aan de Korte Heuvel (naast 013 Poppodium) in de binnenstad van Tilburg. Op het ruime sfeervolle terras kun je terecht voor een ontbijt, lunch en diner gecombineerd met een uitgebreide bierkaart speciaal voor Roadburn met een selectie van diverse bieren van lokale (La Trappe), nationale en internationale brouwerijen. Elk moment van de dag kun je er binnenvallen voor een hapje en een drankje. Verrassend, toegankelijk en kei lekker. Rosalie serveert steengoede (natuur)wijn en een royaal assortiment bier in blik, op fles en van de tap. De internationale gerechten worden bereid op open vuur.

Van donderdag t/m zondag vanaf 10:00 uur kun je je dag hier beginnen met een roerei met brood, spinazie, tomaten, asperges en champignons voor €16.50.

On the spacious, atmospheric terrace you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner combined with an extensive beer menu especially for Roadburn with a selection of various beers from local (La Trappe), national and international breweries. You can drop in for a bite to eat and a drink at any time of the day. Surprising, accessible and delicious. Rosalie serves excellent (natural) wine and a generous assortment of beer in cans, bottles and on tap. The international dishes are prepared on an open fire.
