Relive the exhibition of For The Outcast at Roadburn 2026

July 22, 2026

At this years Roadburn, we hosted an exhibition (in the 013 venue and the Spoorzone) featuring the work of contributors to For The Outcasts zine, a collective of photographers united by their desire to document a variety of DIY scenes across Europe. Their work is rooted in collaboration and connection, claiming space to share their experiences and viewpoints. As women, non-binary, queer, and trans artists, they are united in their struggle and their determination to embody the spirit of punk; through their photography and their work out there in the world.

Of their exhibition at Roadburn, the collective commented:

”We are For The Outcast — a collective of women, non-binary, queer and trans photographers documenting DIY scenes across Europe. Being part of Roadburn this year was a massive honor; seeing our photos framing the very spaces where bands we admire were playing felt surreal. Roadburn is a true sanctuary for the underground. We are profoundly grateful to a team that doesn’t just look at our work, but deeply understands its value. From start to finish, the Roadburn crew met us with nothing but warmth, respect, and unwavering support.”

We’re extremely proud that these amazing artists were a part of Roadburn 2026. Below you can relive their exhibition and be sure to keep an eye out for them.
