Roadburn Festival is just around the corner once again! This year, the festival will take place from Thursday April 16 to Sunday April 19 at the Spoorzone and 013 Poppodium in Tilburg.

We’re looking for volunteers who are excited to help make Roadburn 2026 legendary together with our crew, welcome visitors from all over the world, and make them feel welcome and at home at our festival!

As a frontstage volunteer, you’ll be working behind the bar, at our accreditation area, or as part of our service team. You’ll meet fun, interesting, and sometimes extraordinary visitors and crew members, and if you’re lucky, you might even run into an artist or two. In any case, you’ll be surrounded by people who, like us, love Roadburn!

• You are 18 years or older (for service roles, 16+ is also allowed);

• You understand that we need to be able to rely on you and that you stick to the agreements made;

• Bar experience is a big plus (as there is little time for training), but not a requirement.

• In exchange for 1 shift, you’ll receive one day of your choice access to the festival as a visitor;

• In exchange for 2 or more shifts, you’ll receive full weekend access to the festival as a visitor;

• 10 tokens, which you can use to grab some food at one of our fantastic food trucks or enjoy a well-deserved drink after your shift;

• And last but certainly not least: a look behind the scenes at Roadburn Festival!
