With Clipping & King Yosef
Some people assume that heavy music is exclusively reserved for the metal genre. However, we know different and have championed heaviness in all its forms for many years now, as an array of artists have incorporated traditionally “heavy” elements into their music, resulting in genre crossovers and experimental sounds. In this discussion, members of clipping as well as artist/producer King Yosef, will explore the role of heavy music in their creative output and how they redefine and adapt its definition to suit their unique styles. Leading the discussion will be journalist Cody F. Davis; questions from the audience are welcomed.
