Roadburn presents OFFROAD – a complimentary programme that will take place in Tilburg during the festival. OFFROAD will bring the city – and its inhabitants – closer to Roadburn, and vice versa. A number of venues throughout the city will participate in OFFROAD, offering discounts, performances, activities, special menus and more to visitors. Tilburg residents and visitors from all over will get a taste of what Roadburn is about, whilst Roadburn attendees can explore the city and add a little extra to their usual Roadburn experience if they wish. Roadburn has facilitated OFFROAD in conjunction with the city of Tilburg.

Kafee 't Buitenbeentje
This year, at Kafee ‘t Buitenbeetje, you can enjoy not one, but three artists on April 19!
Khanjar, an international improv collective that emerged in 2022 from Eindhoven’s underground scene, Prey, a furious mix of garage, post-hardcore, and punk and Designer Violence, queer artpunk band brings dark, danceable chaos with an unfiltered edge.
Club Smederij
The unique and raw building of Club Smederij, once serving as a hangar for train engines, is the breeding ground for exciting electronic music-driven events. In this club, with an almost Berlin-esque underground atmosphere, on April 17 they are hosting an electro dance night with COW SHIFT Z, Acidic Male and DRVG CVLTVRE.
Stadscamping Tilburg
This year, Stadscamping Tilburg is once again organizing the official Roadburn Festival Campsite in collaboration with Roadburn! The location is our beautiful Spoorpark and at the entrance you will find our Offroad Area. This area is freely accessible to everyone and here we will go all out again with three cool live shows and great DJ sets. You can also come here for a bite to eat and a drink, or just chill by the campfire, to fully recharge yourself for your festival day!
The Cat's Back
This place is known for its wide selection of American beers, the best homemade fast food, and a vibrant punk atmosphere that makes it a brilliant place to hang out. Once again, this welcoming bar has a fantastic OFFROAD program: on Thursday, you’ll see the act BadTime at 9PM. Their sound is sinister and dark, but also energetic and danceable, consisting of electronic drumbeats, pulsating bass lines, hypnotic synthesizers and rousing punk guitars.
Little Devil
Metalheads and rock enthusiasts have been frequenting rock café Little Devil for years. In addition to a wide selection of bands, you can enjoy fantastic parties featuring alternative music and a good glass of beer. During OFFROAD, you can go here every evening for a heavy DJ night and you can catch shows by Duskhead, Mantra Machine, OLTAS, An Evening With Knives, Dystopia, Ibex Angel Order, Cthuluminati, Alkahest, Dead Duck and BARK.
De Buizerd
Café De Buizerd is a café in the centre of Tilburg where solid rock classics, ripping punk guitars and zero’s alternatives come together. From Thursday to Saturday you can dance to alternative music with a DJ. On the Friday of Roadburn at 9:30PM you can see the Tilburg MoD, that will bring a mix of post, stoner, and grunge rock.
De Graanhandel
On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during Roadburn, De Graanhandel will offer an immersive experience, where VVESSEL’s live set will take center stage. VVESSEL is an enigmatic producer from Eindhoven, who blurs the boundaries between electro, ambient and hiphop with his unique sound.

Cinecitta
On sunday morning during OFFROAD, you can watch the documentary ‘Gimme Danger’. The documentary tells the story of The Stooges, one of the most important proto-punk bands of all time. The musical rise, culture, politics and history are revealed as well as the inspirations behind their commercial challenges.

This former locomotive workshop has transformed into Tilburg’s cultural hotspot in the trendy Spoorzone. More than just a library, the award-winning LocHal offers a dynamic space for work, leisure, and creativity. Open from early morning until late at night, it’s a hub for online and offline activities. Schouwburg & Concertzaal Tilburg
Step into the world of crowdkill, the latest performance by Anthony van Gog, where an intense bass sound dominates. Surrounded by four massive subwoofers, a figure explores the limits of their body. The powerful bass, combined with a soundscape of instrumental melodies, ambient sounds, and live body sounds, creates a space where nothing is certain. Rosalie is located on the Korte Heuvel (next to 013 Poppodium) in the city center of Tilburg.
