There’s no one quite like HEALTH. For over fifteen years, they’ve been sonically shapeshifting and leading electronic music in a mind-boggling array of new directions. And yet, throughout their various metamorphic stages, they have managed to retain a sound that is distinctively theirs. Having made an indelible mark on us with their 2022 Roadburn appearance, we’re delighted to welcome HEALTH back to the festival – this time, to the main stage. 

They tell us: “We had an incredible experience our first time at Roadburn in 2022. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to come back so soon.”

Whilst they’re renowned for their eclectic collection of collaborators (ranging from Full of Hell to Godflesh to Poppy to 100 gecs and dozens more in between), any co-conspirator is afforded a solid foundation built upon the confidence and creativity that HEALTH have become known for. Straddling the worlds of electronic and heavy music, HEALTH have reaped the rewards of being uncompromising with their approach to obliterating genre boundaries. They have always sat comfortably alongside more typically heavy bands – their unrestricted passion for music of all stripes seeps into their own sound, and their flair for innovation elevates them beyond the expected. Their brand new album, Rat Wars, will no doubt see them welcome a whole new clutch of fans into the HEALTH family.

We were thrilled to have been able to host HEALTH back in 2022, and even in the relatively short time since then, the band has continued to evolve. Never standing still is something seemingly baked into the ethos of the band, and means we know that we’ll never see the exact same iteration of HEALTH twice. With the main stage as their playground we can’t wait to see what kind of alchemy they’ll bring to the table.
