WOLVES is a film by Jonas Ulrich that is set in the underground music scene and charts one woman’s turbulent journey of discovery and exploration of boundaries within the community that she seeks solace and connection. This screening during Roadburn/ Off Road will be the Dutch premiere of the film, and will be followed by a Q&A with Ulrich alongside the musician/actor Moritz Fabian (Eremit) and Colin H. Van Eeckhout of Amenra, who makes an appearance on screen.

During OFFROAD, everyone is welcome to join our Morning Campfire Sessions and start the day in a relaxed way. Take a seat around the campfire, with a freshly prepared breakfast by Crêperie Natuurlijk and a good cup of coffee from Stoom013.
This year’s Offroad programme will not feature amplified performances. Instead, we embrace the raw essence of the campsite with carefully curated vinyl-only DJ sets and one special semi-acoustic campfire performance by Dead Duck. Different in form, but no less immersive.

Op zaterdag 18 april om 12:00 uur organiseert Feniks, het Emancipatie Expertise Centrum, voor het derde jaar op rij een gratis Bystander Intervention Training voor OFFROAD- en Roadburn-bezoekers. De training richt zich op de rol van omstanders bij het herkennen en doorbreken van seksueel grensoverschrijdend gedrag, en biedt praktische handvatten om niet weg te kijken maar bewust te handelen.
Tijdens de training leer je wat seksueel grensoverschrijdend gedrag is en hoe je het herkent, hoe gendernormen en stereotypen bijdragen aan grensoverschrijdend gedrag en gendergerelateerd geweld, en waarom ingrijpen zo belangrijk is. Ook is er aandacht voor de rol die mannen kunnen spelen als deel van de oplossing. Aan de hand van de 5D’s krijg je concrete manieren aangereikt om als omstander effectief en veilig in te grijpen.
On Saturday, April 18 at 12PM, Feniks, the Emancipation Expertise Centre, will once again host a free Bystander Intervention Training for OFFROAD and Roadburn visitors. Now in its third year, the session focuses on the role bystanders can play in recognising and interrupting sexually inappropriate behaviour, offering practical tools for acting consciously rather than looking away.
The training covers what sexually inappropriate behaviour is and how to recognise it, how gender norms and stereotypes contribute to boundary-crossing behaviour and gender-related violence, and why intervention matters. It also addresses the role men can play as part of the solution. Using the 5Ds framework, participants are given concrete ways to intervene effectively and safely as bystanders.

Block013 is uitgegroeid tot een van de grootste boulderhallen van Nederland, maar voelt nog altijd als een plek waar laagdrempeligheid en gemeenschap voorop staan. Sinds de opening in 2016 is de hal aan de Lovense Kanaaldijk uitgegroeid tot een open en energieke plek met een hechte klimcommunity, een oppervlakte van 1600 m² en ruim 230 boulders in verschillende stijlen en niveaus. Of je nu voor het eerst een wand probeert of al langer klimt, er is altijd iets nieuws te vinden.
Tijdens OFFROAD kunnen bezoekers bij Block013 rekenen op 10% korting op een dagentree en gratis huurschoenen. Een mooie kans om tussen alle andere indrukken door de stad ook eens op een heel andere manier te ervaren.

In de oude monumentale polygonale, waar ooit locomotieven van de Nederlandse Spoorwegen werden gerepareerd, komen geschiedenis en hedendaagse reuring op een bijzondere manier samen. Inmiddels is de FoodMarket hier al vijf jaar gevestigd en vormt de plek een vanzelfsprekende halte voor wie tijdens het festival even wil neerstrijken.

Noah’s Orc
Noah’s Orc vertrekt vanuit rock, 80’s metal en 90’s alternative, maar trekt dat steeds verder open. Het resultaat is een gelaagd en energiek geluid dat tegelijk dromerig, zwaar en licht onvoorspelbaar blijft.
Troubled
Troubled is een vierkoppige rockband die moeiteloos beweegt tussen soft rock, hard rock en metal. Met eigen nummers, driestemmige zang en drie songwriters met elk een eigen stijl ontstaat een geluid dat breed, energiek en ongepolijst aanvoelt.

20:00: Clearly Confused
Clearly Confused speelt catchy songs in een poppunkjasje, ergens tussen ‘80s-hooks en ‘90s-poppunknostalgie in. Met leden uit onder meer Antillectual, Ink Bomb en Straight A’s brengt de band een geluid dat lichtvoetig binnenkomt maar stevig blijft hangen.
21:00: R.C. Sullivan
R.C. Sullivan is een vijfkoppige punkrockband uit Groningen en Friesland die melodische punkrock koppelt aan een hardcore feel. Na meerdere EP’s en internationale tours werkt de band toe naar een eerste full-length die later dit jaar verschijnt.
22:00: Yesterday’s News
Yesterday’s News maakt sinds 2017 melodische punk met invloeden uit verschillende hoeken van het genre. Verwacht catchy refreinen, melodieuze riffs en drums die alles strak vooruit blijven duwen.
Tijdens OFFROAD geldt een speciale actie: alle Kopparberg fruit ciders voor €6.
De Buizerd is a rock bar in Tilburg where rock classics, punk bangers and heavy metal anthems flow naturally into one another. It is the kind of place to settle in with a drink after a good show, but during OFFROAD it also becomes a stop with a live pulse of its own. With live music on Friday and Saturday, plus a sunny terrace out front open during the day, De Buizerd becomes a natural part of the city route throughout the festival weekend.

Noah’s Orc
Noah’s Orc starts from rock, 80s metal and 90s alternative, then pushes outward from there. The result is a layered and energetic sound that remains dreamy, heavy and slightly unpredictable at once.
Troubled
Troubled is a four-piece rock band moving freely between soft rock, hard rock and metal. With original songs, three-part vocals and three songwriters each bringing their own style, the band creates a sound that feels broad, energetic and unpolished.

Clearly Confused plays catchy songs wrapped in a pop-punk frame, somewhere between ‘80s hooks and ‘90s pop-punk nostalgia. Featuring members of Antillectual, Ink Bomb and Straight A’s, the band delivers a sound that lands lightly but sticks around.
9PM: R.C. Sullivan
R.C. Sullivan is a five-piece punk rock band from Groningen and Friesland, combining melodic punk rock with a hardcore edge. After several EPs and international tours, the band is now building toward its first full-length album, due later this year.
10PM: Yesterday’s News
Yesterday’s News has been making melodic punk since 2017, drawing from different corners of the genre. Expect catchy choruses, melodic riffs and drums that keep everything driving forward.

Donderdag 16 april | 19:00-22:00: Het Concreet – Ode aan Composition 1960 #7 van La Monte Young
Tijdens OFFROAD brengt Het Concreet in de St. Jozefkerk een drie uur durende ode aan de uitvoering van Composition 1960 #7 van La Monte Young. Met slechts twee aangehouden tonen ontvouwt zich een traag maar intens landschap van microverschuivingen, resonantie en tijdsbesef. Tape, harmonium, pedal steel, elektrische gitaar en cello weven samen een subtiel analoog klankveld. In het langzaam verschuivende licht wordt de kerk een plek voor aandacht, overgave en contemplatie.
Vrije in- en uitloop tussen 19.00 en 22.00 uur.
Thursday 16 April | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Het Concreet – Tribute to Composition 1960 #7 by La Monte Young
During OFFROAD, Het Concreet will perform a tribute to La Monte Young’s Composition 1960 #7 in St. Joseph’s Church over the course of three hours. Built from just two sustained tones, the piece slowly opens into an intense landscape of micro-shifts, resonance and altered time perception. Tape, harmonium, pedal steel, electric guitar and cello merge into a subtle analogue field of sound. With light shifting almost imperceptibly, the church becomes a space for attention, surrender and contemplation.
Visitors are free to enter and leave between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Tijdens OFFROAD is De Bierbrigadier ook weer het decor voor The Rad Roadburn Bottleshare VIII. Op woensdag 15 april van 18:00 tot 22:00-ish ben je welkom om het weekend af te trappen door één of meer flessen van je favoriete lokale bier mee te nemen en te delen met andere bierliefhebbers.
Vrijdag 17 april | 12:00 – 15:00: The Rad Roadburn Bottleshare VIII
Op vrijdag volgt een kleinere tweede editie voor wie later in Tilburg aankomt. Meedoen is laagdrempelig: neem iets mee als je kunt, sluit aan als je wilt, en reken erop dat er genoeg te proeven valt.
For craft beer lovers, De Bierbrigadier on Nieuwlandstraat is a natural stop during OFFROAD. The bottle shop stocks well over 700 different beers, ranging from modern IPAs and strange smoothie sours to decadent stouts, refreshing ciders and classic Belgian and German styles. New arrivals come in every week, and many bottles are kept chilled and ready to go, whether you want to save something for later or take it with you to the next stop.

During OFFROAD, De Bierbrigadier once again hosts The Rad Roadburn Bottleshare VIII. On Wednesday, April 15 from 6:00 PM to 10:00-ish PM, visitors are invited to kick off the weekend by bringing one or more bottles of their favourite local beer to share with fellow beer-loving festivalgoers.
